Dedicated Strength is excited to announce Barbell for Beginners!

This series will work on the barbell strength training basics of lifts including the Squat, Deadlift, Press, Row, and more. One lift and exercise category will be covered each class, so folks can attend a certain class to focus on one barbell lift, or join all of the classes for the complete course. There will be hands on coaching and training portions, so please wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes. Classes are coached by Expert Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer, Joe VanCleve. Joe has a Master's Degree in Sport and Health Sciences, a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with specialization in Exercise Programming, and holds certifications of CSCS (National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), ACSM-CPT (American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer), and USAW-L2 (USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Level 2), and obtained the USAPL Club Coach (USA Powerlifting Club Coach) credential. With decades of experience, Joe has worked with clients of all genders, ages, goals and levels, including experience training FBI and Federal Law Enforcement, Georgetown Hoyas Sports Performance Varsity Athletics, coaching athletes to 7 Powerlifting National Championships & International Competitions, multiple National Weightlifting competitions, including 2 Arnolds, and Joe has coached 5 seperate females to 400lb+ Deadlifts. Joe is a Master's Weightlifting 3x International Gold Medalist, A National Championship Silver Medalist, A Natural Bodybuilding Overall Champion Winner, and a 1st Degree Taekwondo Black Belt.
